The images we display on our website and via our Line Sheets strive to accurately represent our products. Online colors are a representation, only. We are not responsible for variations in color between the actual product and the images on your screen. We highly recommend that you order swatches so you can feel our beautiful products in hand before you purchase. Additionally, we are always happy to provide you with CFA's from the current bolt of fabric that we are printing from so that you can be assured of color accuracy. We recommend that you order enough yardage to complete your installation in order to minimize subtle tonal discrepancies and minor color shifts from bolt to bolt of fabric.
Our Belgian Linen/Cotton blend fabrics are suitable for light upholstery projects and are not recommended for heavy use or commercial applications.
Our fabrics are digitally printed with water based pigmented inks which offer brilliant colors, excellent color fastness and superior print reliability.
The manufacturer recommends Dry Cleaning as well as gentle spot cleaning with a mild detergent. We are not responsible for damage to our products from third parties.
It is important to us that our studio collection products are produced in an environmentally responsible way. We choose to work with manufacturing partners who share this vision.
Our textile of choice is Libeco Linen/cotton blend. We sourced Libeco for their high quality linens. Their weaving mill has been fully CO2-neutral since 2014.
Because our fabrics are made to order, this allows our clients to order just what they need for their current design job, eliminating the need to invest in inventory or printed cloth. Our manufacturing partner takes into consideration the environmental impact of the printing process and the human community impact of their business practices. Ink cartridges are refillable.

We require prepayment on all orders, prior to shipping.
Our products are made to order and therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged. We invite and encourage you to order swatches of all the fabrics you are considering for your design project prior to making your purchase.
Once you receive your order, please inspect your products carefully to ensure that all contents have arrived in good condition and in the quantities ordered. If you believe your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days so that we can assist you with your order.Shipping Information.
Fabrics are shipped rolled. Wallpapers are shipped rolled and boxed.
Fabrics are shipped via our East coast print partner via UPS Ground. Transit times generally range from 2-5 days depending upon final location. Your shipping cost is dependent on your total order plus the final shipping destination. We will provide you with an estimate at time you place your order.
We ship our Studio Collection orders via UPS with customer tracking and delivery confirmation. Tracking information is sent to you after your order ships. Signature is required.
We are not responsible for lost or missing shipments when our carriers confirm the mailing address.
We are happy to provide a quote for all international orders. International orders are subject to taxes, duties and fees by country. Our design studio is not responsible for any International fees or delivery delays that may occur with international shipments.
Our products ship from the East Coast and our turnaround time for all fabric and pillow orders is generally 2-4 weeks. For RUSH orders needed with a 2 week turnaround time, we can usually accommodate your request. Rush fees are billed at 20% of your total invoice cost. We do our best to keep our swatches in stock and available, however occasionally, demand for our products results in minimal delays. If any of our swatches are currently out of stock, we will notify you upon receipt of your order.
Our design studio is always creating new product lines. Our assortment may change as we develop new collections, patterns and color ways. We reserve the right to discontinue patterns and color ways from time to time.
