Trade Membership / Pricing
We love working with Designers, Interior Designers, Architects and Stylists. When you establish a Trade Account with us, we will provide you with access to our Trade Pricing and Ordering Information.
Trade pricing is available on Studio Collection textiles, wallpapers, made to order pillows, and large framed giclee artworks.
If you are located within a territory covered by one of our Showrooms or Representatives please contact your local Rep or we will be happy to connect you.
Swatches
We are delighted to provide complimentary in stock textile and wallpaper swatches to qualified Trade Members to assist in their design schemes and presentations.
Color Accuracy and CFA’s
The images we display on our website and via our marketing materials strive to accurately represent our products. Online colors are a representation, only. We are not responsible for variations in color between the actual product and the images on your screen. We highly recommend that you order swatches so you can see and feel our beautiful products in hand before you purchase. Since we are printing on natural fibers, subtle discrepancies in lot and cloth color are inherent and to be expected. We find this to be a beautiful quality of working with natural fibers like linen and cotton. We try to keep some yardage on hand and are happy to provide you with CFA's from the current bolt of fabric that we are printing from so that you can be assured of color accuracy (Nominal fees for CFA’s).
We recommend that you order enough yardage to complete your installation in order to minimize subtle tonal discrepancies, minor color shifts from bolt to bolt of fabric and occasional spot flaws and omits which are inherent to the digital printing process.
Fabric Care
We offer several ground cloths. The 6 oz Belgian linen/cotton blend and our 6.5 oz linen are suitable for light upholstery projects and are not recommended for heavy use or commercial applications. Depending on final use, you can line each of the lighter weight linens for added durability. Our 10 oz heavier weight linen is suitable for upholstery projects.
Our fabrics are digitally printed with water based pigmented inks which offer brilliant colors, excellent color fastness and superior print reliability. Due to the nature of digital printing, occasionally small omits may be visible on heavily pigmented areas of a print.
The manufacturer recommends Dry Cleaning as well as gentle spot cleaning with a mild detergent. We are not responsible for damage to our products from third parties.
Studio Policies
We require prepayment on all orders, prior to shipping.
Our products are made to order and therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. We invite and encourage you to order swatches of all the fabrics and wallpapers you are considering for your design project prior to making your purchase.
Once you receive your order, please inspect your products carefully to ensure that all contents have arrived in good condition and in the quantities ordered. If you believe your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days so that we can assist you with your order.
Fabrics are shipped rolled. Wallpapers are shipped rolled and boxed.
Shipping
Domestic Orders:
Once product ships, transit times generally range from 2-5 days depending upon final location. We will provide you with a shipping estimate at the time you place your order.
We ship our Studio Collection orders via UPS with customer tracking and delivery confirmation. Tracking information is sent to you after your order ships. Signature is required.
Large framed Giclee artwork ships direct from our manufacturing partner at their discretion. We will provide a quote for shipping before you place your order.
We are not responsible for lost or missing shipments when our carriers confirm the mailing address.
International Orders:
We are happy to provide a quote for all international orders. International orders are subject to taxes, duties and fees by country. Our design studio is not responsible for any International fees, taxes, duties or delivery delays that may occur with international shipments.
Lead Time and Rush Orders
Fabrics & Pillows: Our turnaround time is generally 4-6 weeks. For Rush orders Contact us before placing your order.
Wallpaper: Our turnaround time is generally 4-6 weeks. Contact us for Rush orders.
Large Framed Giclee art: Our turnaround time is generally 4-6 weeks.
Eco Friendly
It is important to us that our studio collection products are produced in an environmentally responsible way. We choose to work with manufacturing partners who share this vision.
We utilize several beautiful Belgian and Irish linens and linen/cotton blend fabrics.
Because our textiles are made to order, this allows our clients to order just what they need for their current design job, eliminating the need to invest in inventory or printed cloth. Our manufacturing partners take into consideration the environmental impact of the printing process and the human community impact of their business practices. Ink cartridges are refillable.
Our fabrics and wallpapers are proudly printed in the USA.
General
We do our best to keep our swatches in stock and available, however occasionally, demand for our products results in minimal delays. If any of our swatches are currently out of stock, we will notify you upon receipt of your order.
Our design studio is always creating new product lines. Our assortment may change as we develop new collections, patterns and color ways. We reserve the right to archive and discontinue patterns and colorways from time to time to make room for new designs.
